This is NOT an additional fee on top whatever service you are having performed. It is simply the minimum we will charge for a visit. This covers travel time, fuel, etc. Does not include parts.
E-Bike Policy
I will only service Electric Pedal-Assist bicycles equipped with Bosch, Shimano, Brose or similar systems. Throttle-equipped e-bikes or e-bike conversions will be considered on a case by case basis. Internal combustion engine-equipped bicycles will NOT be considered under any circumstances.
I am a big fan of e-bikes. I love riding e-bikes and I am certainly not opposed to working on them. However, some of the e-bikes that are being sold online today are not safe to ride by any stretch of the imagination. I reserve the right to refuse service on e-bikes that I deem to be unsafe for any reason. It is not only the rider’s safety that I am concerned about, but also the safety of others utilizing public transportation systems.
